Other Used/Reusable Wood - Wooden Surrounds from Fluorescent Light Fixtures.
This is a set of three. You can have all or some. I do not want any money. My only goal is to keep them out of the landfill. This wood is finish oak. Their previous life was as fluorescent light fixtures in my kitchen. Two of them are rectangular slightly longer than a standard size fluorescent light bulb. The other has six sides with the two short ends forming a triangle or diamond shape. Once the light kit is removed I had a few ideas for the wooden surrounds future life. If turned on their sides, these could be used as a covered bookcase. They could also be used as a large shadow box. The sides are also very nice and if pieced together could be used as crown molding for a small area.
