Details :	The Florida Department of Environmental Protection, in association with the Southern Waste Information eXchange, Inc. (SWIX), will hold a one-day educational workshop on Food Recycling and Composting on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, FL. Workshop participants will learn of the most recent developments and projects for managing food residuals, including technologies, State composting regulations, and on-going research.
