MISSTAP is a non-regulatory, client confidential, technical assistance program designed to assist Mississippi industries, businesses, and communities find pollution prevention solutions to their hazardous and non-hazardous wastes. This program was initiated by the legislative Environmental Protection Council, the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality, and Mississippi State University to meet the Mississippi 1990 Pollution Prevention Legislation.
