A 425hp CAT engine powers this 1995 Maxigrind is a portable horizontal grinder. Unit has only 1800 hours. The 18-foot conveyor has a magnetic head pulley. The grinder can be run by the radio remote control. Chipper bit segments are currently installed, but the unit also comes with bullet bit segments and a set of double sided carbide chipper bits. There is a 3½ round screen currently installed, but 2½ round and 6 round screens are also included. Also included are new spare drive belts. This unit was used in waste reduction of demolition debris and pallet grinding.

This Wildcat Compost Turner is powered by a 117 hp Diesel engine, and has only 31 hours on it. This model Wildcat hooks to the front of a loader, and needs one with a minimum rating of 15,500 lbs. straight tipping load, approximately a 1 ½ yd machine. This machine has a windrow capacity of 5 high and 17 wide, and can turn about 1500 tons per hour. That is about twice as fast as using the bucket on a front-end loader.

Wildcat has been a leader in the composting industry for over 25 years. This particular 1990 Wildcat Compost Turner is a PTO Drive, pull behind model and requires a tractor with 100 to 175hp. This turner creates a windrow of 5 high and 17 wide in two passes, and can turn about 1500 tons per hour. That is about twice as fast as using the bucket on a front-end loader. At this price we will check the machine over and replace flails as needed, and put a fresh coat of paint on the machine.

Used Shears - Econ Model 204 Hydraulic Guillotine Scrap Shear: M-103.
The guillotine scrap shear is designed for rugged scrap processing. This unit will shear white goods (7-11 tons/hour), mixed scrap (65 tons/day), railroad ties (100 tons/day), tires (14-24 per minute double stacked) and much more. It is powered by a 125 h.p. 3 phase electric motor, running hydraulics through two 10 diameter cylinders capable of 200 tons of shearing force. This unit comes with both radial infeed and outfeed conveyors. This is a very nice shear that was previously used to cut tires and wheels at a municipal landfill.

Grinder comes with 10 Vibratory Positive Displacement Feeder, spare set of knives and bars, vibratory 3/16 wire mesh vibratory screen (36 wide x 12 deep x 5 long) to remove overs and ABB Soft Start system. Unit was used for scrap composite wood, but also great for bark, cutoffs, and trimmings. Unit is in excellent condition.

The feed system includes hopper, 60 wide x 40 high feed throat with hydraulically driven, variable speed drag chain feed conveyor. The 36 outfeed conveyor has a magnetic head pulley. A new clutch was recently installed. Unit has 1½ screen. Grinder was used to grind waste wood into mulch, but company is going out of grinding business.

Screenbox is 16 x 5 with heavy duty Cascade Grizzly fingers on the top deck and medium duty Cascade fingers on the bottom deck. Screenbox can be hydraulically elevated between 14-20 degrees and the angle of the Grizzly and Cascade fingers can be adjusted independently. The 2 end conveyors (fines and overs) are each 5 wide and and 152 long with a maximum stockpile height of 174. The side conveyor (medium size material) is 211 wide with maximum stockpile height of 62. Unit is great to screen woodwaste, soil, C&D, Landfill Reclamation and Incinerator ash.

This portable 1997 unit is a combination soil pulverizer, screener and blender. Infeed hopper is 12 x 5 x 2. Pulverizer has dual rotor shredder chamber of which the lower hammermill spins at high speed and the upper rotor (star whell) rotates at slow speed. The hammers of the lower hammermill rotor pass between the spaces of the upper rotor stars. The lower rotor hammers hit the feed material and slam it against the upper rotor with such force that they pulverize, blast, shatter, shred, shear, tear, rip and otherwise destroy the feed material. Once material has passed through the pulverizer, it is carried by short conveyor to the 5 x 8 trommel with Ύ screen. Unit works great for dirt, soil, compost, and even rock and wet material. There are only 48 hours on this machine and it is in excellent condition.
