Established in 1999 with its headquarter in Hong Kong, Action Pro International Limited (API) is actively engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading of new and used computer hardware, remanufacturing and remarketing of used, refurbished and off-lease used laptops and their related components.

Initially, API's prime business activity was in the dismantling of computer systems and refurbishing of electronic components for resale to secondary markets, consequently bringing about the birth of the API Recycle trade name.

Our business line has now been diversified to include OEM manufacturing, design and engineering of personal computer, hardware & laptops, trading of new and used mobile phones, related components, integrated circuits and manufacturing rejects, remanufacturing and remarketing of PC and laptop systems and assist manufacturers and distributors by remarketing discontinued customer-returned products and Surplus, Discontinued or obsolete assets.

API provides its customers with a complete value added service package in OEM manufacturing, managing the whole process from design, engineering, international material sourcing, manufacturing facility identification, production management, quality control and logistics.
