Expolanka has its small beginnings in Sri Lanka when it started its pioneering business of exporting fresh fruits, vegetables and spices in 1978 - about 30 years ago by its founder Chairman Rafik Osman Kassim and it is now grown into a diversified conglomerate with businesses in exports, imports and trading, freight forwarding and logistics, manufacturing, airline representation and operation, travels and tours, flight operation, manufacturing, information Technology Services and Trading.
Today, Expolanka is a global business, under an entrepreneurial Board of Directors.The Company has grown and expanded to operate in 16 countries covering over 40 cities around the world including Bangladesh, Ghana, Dubai, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Nepal, Pakistan, Rwanda, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Vietnam and Uganda.
