I have 5 plastic totes that are about 1/2 to 3/4 full of tar that we removed from some farm silo's. I do not know what to do with them. I work in Roberts, ID. Do you know where I can take them? Or, point me in some direction to find someone. I did find someone but they will not haul it for me, because the tops are cut off of the totes and they are not approved DOT transportable now.
