Salvaged 1890s Pitkin Colorado house. I salvaged it in exchange for the antique lumber. Old barn wood is selling for $5.50 a board foot and new milled wood is selling for $1.50 a board foot. Just looking to make a wage for my time to put towards a decent running truck. Would like to sell and/or trade most of the materials in one bundle.
