100 Year Reclaimed Douglas Fir.
100 Year Reclaimed Douglas Fir Bolted Rafter & Bracing 6-8-10-12” Widths -No Paint. Large quantity of reclaimed 100 year old Douglas Fir rafters, posts, and support structure for sale. It is from a 40,000 Sf wood mill & warehouse circa 1919 I deconstructed on my property. I pallet stacked material in the available wood shed on site. 6-8-20-12” widths. Mostly 10” widths by far. Rafters are 5 boards thick, bolted and lightly nailed that made up the 110’ long rafters with just a post on the middle. They come apart very easily when bolts are removed. Tones of patina range from medium to deep brown. I would accept .60 cents per bf for your choice of 50,000 bf of 2x material. There is much more wood on site from the building available such as shiplap, t&g siding, thick SYP t&g factory flooring and such. More like 100k bf of it. I would like to sell the entire lot and would be very reasonable on an all in offer. I’d like to park equipment back in the shed. Telescoping forklift is available on site for loading.
