Envirotyr Portable Tire Baler T-0120.
A very nice Portable Tire Baler that is quite unique in that it has a feed conveyor mounted permanently on the baler as part of the machine. It also has a cutter that allows you to bagel cut the tires as you are baling them to allow tighter compaction of the rubber. The unit is powered by a Hatz air-cooled diesel engine. Everything is all mounted on a triple axle trailer with electric brakes that can be easily pulled by a three quarter ton pickup truck. Each bale will hold up to 100 passenger tires whole, or around 120-140 passenger and light truck tires that have been bagel cut. Previous owner reports the machine will easily do three bales per hour. Bale size is 6� long x 4� wide x 4� tall. Bales weigh around 2,000-2,500 lbs each.
