1,500 pieces approximately of office, household and school funiture to consist of but not limited to both metal and wooden tables, chairs, wardrobe cabinets, lockers, filing cabinets, sofas, headboard/footboards, armoires, end tables and desks. Period of performance is (6) months. Company is responsible for loading. The Company is to remove property within (3) days of notification from GL. Pictures are representative of lot. Amounts described above are estimates based on historical deliveries, and are not a guarantee of quantities that will be delivered to the Company under the agreement. Company will receive only the described property which is actually available at the described locations during the term of the agreement. GL shall no be liable to the company for failure to deliver any specified quantity, and the only remedy available to the company for failure to deliver the estimated quantitiy will be the return of the amount of purchase price payable hereunder with respect to the property no delivered by GL to the company. Any items not specified in the lot description are not inlcuded in the sale and may be removed by GL. In the event the property contains unsaleable materials or debris, company will remove all these items and costs of removal, separation and disposal will be borne by company. No adjustments to the price will be made based on the presence of unsaleable material or debris mixed with the property.
