The O.A.U needed a manufacturer/supply of the above items which she want to send to Chad as relief materials to 5.8 Million population of Sudan talking refuge in Chad because of the war in their country. The relief materials are to be made available on or before 28th of August 2007. So you are required to give us your CIF price quotation for this contract. Partial shipment is allowed.
