Mitts & Merrill - The Hog Granulator T-02122.
This granulator is in good condition. It is powered by a 60hp direct electric motor. It comes complete with the discharge tube, blower, and cyclone. There are ten screens ranging from 2” down to ½”. There are four boxes of extra blades that go with this, as well as other miscellaneous parts. The system was used on plastics with production rates of 4,000 + lbs per hour. When used on rubber (only a few times), the system produced 2,000 – 3,000 lbs per hour. There is a Sound Enclosure available. This is an older unit but it is a very durable and strong machine. Equipment is currently dismantled and stored inside, last used one year ago. Add $2,000 to the list price for sound enclosure.
