Rebel trackmount jaw crusher & screener is a complete recycling machine. The Rebel has a huge 36''X22'' Jaw. It is power by a 150 H.P. Deutz diesel engine and is fully hydraulic. The Rebel has a pwer feed hopper and a scalper with an extraction belt. This improves the speed and quality of crushed product. After it enters the full adjustable jaw from 3/4''-5 1/2'' opening it goes past a crossbelt magnet to remove tramp metals which can be sold for scrap. The end product crushed goes up the extraxtion belt where it falls onto a double deck screener where it is further classified for more value as a spec. material all in one shot. With production rates over 100 Ton per Hr. and a wieght of only 13Ton it makes the Rebel the only machine in its class to perform. The fully wireless remote controll allows your operator to be at a safe distance while positioning Rebel on step grades on piles etc.
