The standard system offered is an encoder-based length of wire fed to weight conversion system optionally for One, Two, Four and Six strands wire injection System with improving the shortcoming of the existing wire feeding system in the market. The feeders are compact, flexible and reliable with a high degree of efficiency and integrated with hardware & software. Wire Feeder injects Cored Wires and solid Aluminium Wire to add deoxidant, modifiers and alloying elements into molten steel for metallurgical process control. The wire diameter is 9-13 mm and fed speed of 5 to 300 Meter per minute. The Machines for the other diameter can also be offered as a special case.
