Bottling Machine - Biner Ellison F 36 12 5652, rotary 12 head vacuum fill. Could be converted to pressure fill system with slight modification. We purchased new at the end of 2003, began operation of machine in January 2004 - we run sauce from Nov. to early March...so it was in use for seven months. We used it 2-3 times a week during that time. We filled sauce from 180 degreee down to 130 degrees and operated at 30-40 bottles per min. It can do 80 plus per minute (we fill 19 oz glass bottles).
