Electroplating Equipment Process Line.
This is a complete line ready to start up. Was in operation until Oct 18/06. Tanks are 10' L x 5' D x 30''-48'' W.....21 stations in all. Comes with over-head conveyor for transferring load bars from line exit to line entrance. Three air operated hoists, 35 hp boiler natural gas, three rectifiers, 8000 amp, 6000 amp, 4000 amp, copper bussing, copper work bars, assorted racks, 10 hp and 5 hp compressors. Annode cages, 9000 gal Zinc chloride solution. Two Meffiag 3020 filters. Filter press, Lamelar Clarifier. Capacity to produce 18 to 24 loads per hour. They also have all the other non-core equipment that a company would need (ie. 5 ton truck, tow motor, etc.)
