The machine could be used in following: Producing blanch potatoes – 18-21 tons/24h Producing chips – the output depends on the efficiency of the frying machine Producing chilled potatoes /3-5 C/ vacuum packed for cooking. In order to properly install the machine you would need a space at about 720 square meters. The machine is second hand in perfect condition. The machine might be sold divided into two pieces: The first piece: Washing, pilling, cutting, blanching and chilling the potatoes The second piece: Obtaining potato granules using the pilled prepared potatoes
