Titanium Sponge/Residues shall consist of assorted titanium in a sponge form. Titanium content: 99.74% Titanium sponge is sized to - 70 + 12 mm, - 12 + 2 mm. When agreed with a customer, it may be sized to - 100 + 12 mm, - 25 + 12mm, - 5 +2 mm etc. Titanium sponge of TG-Tv grade is made in buttons 115 mm to 170 mm in diameter and 20 to 180 mm high. When agreed with a customer, TG-Tv grade may be supplied in other form than buttons. Titanium sponge is packed in tight steel drums 0,25 and 0,21 m3 capacity, plastic bags are placed inside the drums. When agreed with a customer, other capacity and type of container is available. Titanium sponge for industrial application is transported by covered r/w cars by carload shipments.
