This item for sale is 30 white matching kitchens loaded in a 40' intermodal container for international shipping. Other options are available if you contact us. All appliances are processed at warehouses in Colorado, Virginia and Texas and then sold to apartments and property owners. All appliances are late model, major brands (Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire). All machines are tested, cleaned and go through a 12 point process before sale: Refrigerators: 1. Scrap appliances with cosmetic damage, bad door seal or missing parts 2. Plug in appliance and make sure freezer goes to 0 degrees and fridge goes to 38 degrees. Scrap all non-working appliances. 3. Remove all removable parts and soak them in a hot bleach and soap solution 4. Spray the inside of the fridge and freezer with hot bleach and water solution 5. Allow significant time for appliance to soak 6. Remove the plastic grill on the bottom of the fridge, clean and then soak with industrial cleaner and rinse. 7. Remove all contaminants on the inside behind the grill with brush and bleach/soap solution 8. Use scour pad with powdered bleach to finish scrubbing dirty spots on the inside 9. Heated pressure wash inside and outside of appliance 10. Scrub outside with rag/scour pad and bleach and water solution 11. Dry the inside and outside with drying towels and put back the clean, dry, removable parts 12. Put one dryer sheet in freezer and one in fridge to keep it fresh and leave doors cracked open to allow it to dry Electric Range: 1. Scrap appliances with cosmetic damage, bad door seal or missing parts 2. Plug in appliance and make sure all burners go to the high setting and the oven heating elements are all working properly 3. Take out all removable parts, including knobs and coils, and soak them in bleach and soap solution 4. Prop up the top of the stove and open the oven door 5. Spray every dirty surface with oven cleaner, including underside of the top and allow to soak 6. Scrub out the inside with a firm brush and the bleach and soap solution 7. Use stainless scrubbers/scour pads to scrape off all contaminants of the inside heating elements and use razor blade to scrape spots off the glass door 8. Rinse with heated pressure washer 9. Use scour pad with powdered bleach to finish scrubbing any remaining spots on the inside 10. Heated pressure wash inside and outside of appliance 11. Scrub outside with rag/scour pad and bleach and water solution 12. Dry the inside and outside with drying towels and put back the clean, dry, removable parts  Dishwasher: 1. Scrap appliances with cosmetic damage, bad door seal or missing parts 2. Plug in appliance and make sure appliance runs through a cycle without leaks 3. Take out all removable parts and soak them in bleach and soap solution 4. Spray every surface with bleach and water solution 5. Scrub out the inside with a firm brush and the bleach and soap solution 6. Use stainless scrubbers/scour pads to scrape off all contaminants inside 7. Rinse with heated pressure washer 8. Use scour pad with powdered bleach to finish scrubbing any remaining spots on the inside 9. Heated pressure wash inside and outside of appliance 10. Scrub outside with rag/scour pad and bleach and water solution and rinse 11. Dry the inside and outside with drying towels and put back the clean, dry, removable parts 12. Do not fully close door to allow for drying and airflow
