Our monthly demand of raw silicon materials is around 20 MT. With the rocketing price and amount in shortage of virgin multi-crystalline silicon, we change to reclaim IC grade used silicon materials from Semi-conductor industry, such as broken/scrap wafer, top and tails, fallout, pot scrap and so on. Our basic requirement for silicon materials is: Purity >6N(99.9999%), P type, Resistivity >0.5ohm.cm, Ic grade is prefer. & We are sourcing following items for long term Item A IC grade scrap/broken/fallout silicon wafer (bare) Item B IC grade top & tails/ pot scrap Item C Virgin polycrystalline silicon chunk/ chips/ granules from renowned manufacture
