- 4wd Transfer Case . 96 97 98 Chevy GMC Truck Tahoe Suburban 4x4 4wd Transfer Case NP 243 4L60E auto Good working, tested (by the company who sold it to me) Transfer Case assembly for the 1996 1997 or 1998 Chevy and GMC Truck , Suburban or Tahoe that had the push button Four wheel drive and 4L60E automatic transmission . It does not fit the 2500 or 3500 3/4 ton or 1 ton trucks. It is the New Process gear 243 C and 2.72 ratio . If your truck is the 95-98 style that has the floor shift, this WILL NOT FIT. Sold to me with a 90 day, unlimited mileage warranty. My mechanic told me the incorrect part number. They company that sold it to me will take it back for a refund but the shipping back is on me and that kills the deal. I paid $250 for this Transfer case, delivered. Make me an offer. Will deliver in Eastern Massachusetts. Ready to use, just add your own sensors, and shift motor; or use for core to rebuild.
