• Hydraulic Membrane Press, automatic loading & unloading table at each end, belt conveyor principal which shuttles laid up components, face-down on top of overlay material into Press. • 2-Stage cycle with new load into Press and finished load out on opposite end, then new load layup and the same in reverse direction. • Designed to form veneers, PVC or vinyl overlay over shaped components. Ideal for thicker overlay material, especially veneer; works with or without membrane. • Welded beam structure, upstroke design; hydraulically operated lower platens with self-contained hydraulic pump, hydraulic locking of the lower platens. • Automatic proportional hydraulic pressure system to equal force on the flange during the pressure cycle; solid steel upper platens are cross-drilled for electric heating elements and vacuum/pressure ports. • Includes: Easy access ''quick change'' membrane kit and air storage tank above the Press. • Touch-screen operator interface with PLC sequence, includes temperature, pressure, cycle times, and self-diagnostics. • Inside flange dimensions of 52.7 in. x 111.8 in.
