FLETCHER Model GL 2000 Rewinder.
New 2000 Used minimally for 3 years then storage Excellent condition. Belt driven spindles and gang-doff operation. Hydraulic traverse controls to eliminate wear and tear of gears. Oil dampened roller bearing spindles, 2 1/2" diameter whorl, 3/4" diameter x 12" blade on 10" centers. 12" maximum traverse. Manual stop motions at each spindle. Variable traverse speed from 0 to 3.0 meters per minute. LCD Speed read-out. (Computerized electronic controls keypad interface). Precise taper angle control top and bottom tapers independent electronically controlled variable anti-slough ribbon breaker. Frequency inverter equipped TEFC motor, 1800 rpm, 220.440/3 phase, 60hz. The system allow for 10 variables and up to 16 package builds and can be saved to memory. Fiberglass rewinder
