All of the XBoxes have been tested to work on XBox live, and the hard drives have all been tested to ensure there are no bad sectors in them. The AV cables have been fully tested as well. The last part of the process is testing the controllers. The supplier makes sure that they sync up correctly on the XBox, ensure the control pads work, and make sure none of the buttons stick.
