Complete Exterior Door Assembly with door lite cutout is completed on this machine; the door enters the machine unit via conveyor and lifted for right-or left-handing. ~~ Door dimensions: Width of 28 in. - 36 in., height of 76 in. - 96 in., lite cutout 23 in. x 65, in. and thickness to 1-3/4 in.; Jamb dimensions: Max. length DJP-4 of 100 in., width of 2-1/2 in. - 10-1/2 in.; width thickness min. of 1-1/2 in. ~~ Air requirement of 10 C.F.M @ 100 PSI. ~~ Standard lock height on 8' door for 8' is 60 in. from top +/- 1-1/2 in.; 7' door is 48 in. from top of door +/- 1-1/2 in.; and 6'-8 in. door is 44 in. from top +/- 1-1/2 in.. ~~ Deadbolt spacing of 3-1/2 in. - 6 in.; lock backset is 2-3/8 in. - 2-3/4 in.; face plate mortise length is 2-1/4 in. - 1-1/2 in.; and face plate mortise width is 1 in. - 1-1/8 in.. ~~ Door bore dia. is 2-1/8 in., 1-5/8 in. and 1-1/2 in. with standard latch bore dia. of 1 in.
