Composting & Carbon Credits

We will soon start a Compost Recycling Business.
Question #1: Does recycling yard wastes, trees, bushes, and wood mill wastes qualify for carbon credits?
Question#2: If it does qualify, will the carbon credits be attached to the biomass before or after the recycling process?
Question #3: If you grow young trees and sell them to reforestation efforts, will this qualify for carbon credits? Who will recieve the credits? The one who first grows the tree plants for sale or the one who acually plants the trees for life-time growth?"
